Beyoncé and Jay Z crash a wedding during their romantic Italian holiday

Beyoncé gave one bride the surprise of her life over the weekend.

The singer and her rapper husband inadvertently crashed a wedding while holidaying in Portofino, Italy on Saturday.

Beyoncé and Jay Z apparently decided to visit a local church, but only realised once they were inside that a wedding was going on.

Beyoncé kindly took the time to pose for a photo with the bride, who couldn't have looked happier at her surprise star guest.

The bride, who was beautiful in her lace white dress and floral gown, didn't seem to mind in the slightest that Beyoncé took some of the spotlight on her big day.

The 21-year-old popstar attended the Alexander Wang after party for New York Fashion Week with pals including Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Hailey Baldwin and Gigi Hadid but all eyes were on Miley thanks to her outfit which was comprised of nipple tassles and very little else.

Miley made sure that even though she was partying with her famous friends, she still was centre of attention and her racy look was topped off with lots of body glitter and funky sunglasses, which on closer inspection appeared to be made out of pills.

The cover girl had a resemblance to her own daughter, Blue Ivy, who is now aged two.

RIP Joan Rivers

Legendary comedienne Joan Rivers died in a Manhattan hospital today, a week after she went into cardiac arrest during a routine throat procedure.

In a statement, her daughter Melissa said the 81-year old passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family.

The legendary comedienne was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital a week ago after going into cardiac arrest during an outpatient procedure on her vocal chords at another clinic, which is now under investigation.

'It is with great sadness that I announce the death of my mother, Joan Rivers,' Melissa Rivers said in a statement released to the press Thursday.

'She passed peacefully at 1:17pm surrounded by family and close friends. My son and I would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff of Mount Sinai Hospital for the amazing care they provided for my mother.

'My mother's greatest joy in life was to make people laugh.
Although that is difficult to do right now, I know her final wish would be that we return to laughing soon.
